Chef Susan Goss is co-owner of West Town Tavern in Chicago, Illinois and formerly of Zinfandel Restaurant (1993-2002.) She is an advocate for local food production, sustainability and sensible usage of our natural resources. An avid gardener as well as passionate cook, Susan also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Chicago Food Depository and hosts a fund raiser for hunger relief called the Annual Girl Food Dinner.
